Shipping

Our first batch ships from Kyoto on October 30, in the order kits are requested, and arrives in about a week, with tracking. The price is the shipping, at cost, with nothing added at checkout.

Credit

The email we send as soon as you order includes the code SAMPLE-CREDIT, equal to what you paid. It applies to your first wholesale order of $300 or more, placed within 90 days.

We compare the flavors you choose, and the drinks you plan to serve, with our tasting notes. We then select suitable matcha from the collection below, across grades, so you may compare them side by side. Each comes with tasting notes.

How it works

1 · Choose your flavors and order

Select the flavors you have in mind and add your café’s details. You pay the flat shipping; the tea itself is our gift. It takes about two minutes.

We select the matcha suited to your flavors and send them from Kyoto, each with tasting notes. The email we send as soon as you order includes a credit code equal to what you paid.

Apply the code to your first wholesale order of $300 or more, within 90 days, and the kit is effectively complimentary.

Air freight from Japan is the true cost of a sample; the tea itself we are glad to give. Charging shipping at cost ensures kits reach cafés with a genuine interest, and the full amount is credited on your first order.

We kindly ask that the kit be ordered on its own. Other products in the same cart are shipped at standard rates.

Cafés, restaurants, hotels, roasters and retailers. We confirm the company name on every kit order; orders for personal use are cancelled and refunded. To protect our sourcing, we may decline some kit requests, including those from other tea suppliers, and refund them in full.
