Unlike mass-produced hojicha, NAKAI 311 is crafted from single-origin, first-flush Yabukita leaves — the most prized spring harvest from Shizuoka, Japan. Our light-roast technique preserves the natural sweetness of the leaf while developing a toasted, caramel-like depth. The result is a premium hojicha powder with a complexity rarely found outside Japan.
