212 睦月 (MUTSUKI) Ceremonial Matcha — Five-Cultivar Blend from Yame, Japan

A five-cultivar blend from Yame, intentionally combining first and second flush. The sweetness of Saemidori and the umami of Gokou refuse to disappear in milk, while micro-milled uniformity keeps operations stable. Designed for cafés that want matcha to be the star of the latte, not a backdrop.

Why 212 睦月 (MUTSUKI) Ceremonial Matcha

212 睦月 (MUTSUKI) is a ceremonial grade matcha engineered for milk-based drinks without losing character. The five-cultivar blend — featuring Saemidori, Gokou, and more — creates layered complexity that stands up in lattes, cappuccinos, and iced matcha drinks. Sourced from Yame, Fukuoka, one of Japan's most celebrated matcha regions, this is a matcha that bridges tradition and modern café culture.

Tasting Notes

Rich umami, creamy sweetness, subtle vegetal depth. Vibrant green color with a smooth, full-bodied texture. Clean finish with no bitterness — even when prepared with milk or plant-based alternatives.

How to Prepare

For usucha (thin tea): whisk 2g with 70ml water at 80°C. For a matcha latte: whisk 2g with 30ml hot water, then add 150–200ml steamed milk. Exceptional in iced lattes, smoothies, and matcha-based desserts.
