ORIGIN · 土地
— volcanic kuroboku soil / organic farming / mist / luminous green
Tea gardens stretch across Kagoshima's Shirasu Plateau, where mineral-rich volcanic soil, warm sun, and drifting mists nurture leaves with depth and sweetness. Here, organic farming thrives — no chemicals, only soil renewed by nature's cycles. Kuroboku, formed by ancient eruptions, filters pure spring water through its layers, feeding the roots with quiet constancy.
CULTIVAR · 品種
— Saemidori / Asanoka / Yutakamidori / Yabukita
Four expressions. One harmony.
ROASTING · 火入れ
— gentle roasting / polish / clarity / craftsmanship
Hiire is the fire that awakens fragrance, polishes sweetness, and brings the blend into serene balance. This critical step is performed by artisans with decades of experience, defining aroma, depth, and finish.
Bright fruit and creamy green open with elegant transparency, layered with herbal depth and soft umami, dissolving into a clean, airy finish that refreshes without weight.
Top : Fresh fruit & creamy green — luminous, organic, immediate
Mid : Herbal umami & grain depth — Kagoshima volcanic soil in four voices
Finish : Clean airy clarity — weightless, refreshing, quietly alive

CocktailAsanoka's fruity aromatics serve as a natural bridge to citrus, herb, and botanical ingredients. Micro-milled dispersion stability performs in alcohol-based and carbonated formats. Ideal for matcha sours, tonic-based drinks, and cocktail applications.
For extra sweetness and umami, whisk with water below 60°C (140°F). Lower temperature reveals a smoother, gentler flavor.
